Our proprietary Accelerated Information Systems Requirements Definition Methodologysm.  This methodology was first developed in the early 1980s when many of our clients were embracing MRP II systems as their major enterprise computing tool.  Unfortunately, many discovered too late that before enterprise software can be successfully procured, specific requirements must be developed and understood.  Worse, these requirements must be understood by all using constituents… a virtual impossibility without a structured process for ferreting out and document the information systems requirements.  The methodology is “integrative” because it has been specifically designed from day one to be easily modified to support unique engagement requirements.

Our proprietary Plain Wrap Inventory Cycle Counting Methodologysm.  This methodology contains every form, every policy, every procedure, every process flow chart, a Proven Path implementation plan and all education and training materials necessary for rapid implementation of inventory cycle counting of warehouse inventories.  The methodology is designed to be easily modified to support unique engagement requirements.
Our proprietary Integrative & Comprehensive Team Member Evaluation Methodologysm.  This methodology was again developed first as a support process to aid our leaders to annually evaluate consulting Team Members in a comprehensive and objective manner.  Several clients have adapted this methodology to their environments with solid results.  The methodology is “integrative” because it has been specifically designed from day one to be easily modified to support unique engagement requirements.
Our proprietary Integrative Team Member Project Performance Evaluation Methodologysm.  This methodology is the companion methodology to our Integrative & Comprehensive Team Member Evaluationsm methodology.  Whereas that methodology is used to annually evaluate individual performance, this methodology is used to evaluate individual project related performance.  A number of clients have adapted this methodology to their unique environments, all with substantial success.  The methodology is “integrative” because it has been specifically designed from day one to be easily modified to support unique engagement requirements.
Our proprietary Focused Relationship Selling Modelsm.  This model provides a framework for building a consultative selling process in any company.  Unique to this model is a tool for scoring selling relationships in order to better manage the relationship selling effort.  Many clients have utilized pieces of this model when developing internal consultative selling training programs.  We use most of the model steps and tools in our business development process with solid results.
Our proprietary Organization Culture Surveysm.  This survey methodology provides a framework for evaluating the mission, vision and values that ultimately drive individual and collective behavior in any organization.  We have utilized this methodology many times when working to understand the “personality” of a company.
Our proprietary 2242 Process Reengineering Decision Matrix Methodologysm.  This methodology is the single most critical methodology used to assess the probability of a successful implementation of competing reengineering activities.  By assigning numeric values to economic and behavioral factors associated with a reengineering project, this methodology provides a composite profile of all risk factors and probabilities.  This methodology is a critical component in our Integrative Transformationsm and activity based management service offerings.
Our proprietary High Impact Operator Training Kioskssm.  These kiosks were originally developed as a tool for training operators how to consistently do their jobs.  The kiosk consists of a computer, monitor and training software.  The kiosk is rolled into a worker’s environment and used by a trainer as a prompting tool during training activities.  Ultimately, all policies, procedures and interactive guides are reduced to electronic media that is routinely reviewed with employees in an interactive manner… in their work area.
Our proprietary Owners Homework Modelsm.  This model provides an interesting framework for owners of companies to construct their business strategy.  Because it is designed to look at business from an owner’s perspective, in contrast to a professional manager’s perspective, this methodology has been mostly used in family owned businesses.  We do however believe this model can have much wider applicability.
Our proprietary Executive Dashboard Modelsm.  This model is a companion to the Owners Homework model methodology describe previously.  It presents a framework for developing comprehensive metrics for executive to “drive” their companies.  The model is loosely built on Dr. Robert Kaplan’s Balanced Scorecard approach to holistic organization performance measurements.  Several of our clients have adapted portions of this model when creating high-level company performance metrics.
Our proprietary Quality of Inventory Diagnostic Methodologysm This methodology is constructed of a number of analysis and diagnostic routines, all focusing on inventory levels.  Lead time effectiveness reviews, safety stock rationalization, formulated order point development and inventory turns metrics are just a few of the routines in this methodology.  This methodology package includes all models, software tools, and reference materials.  The methodology is “integrative” because it has been specifically designed from day one to be easily modified to support unique engagement requirements.
Our proprietary Integrated Master Planning Modelsm.  This model demonstrates how to integrate sales forecasting, master production scheduling, order entry and trigger card analytics in a flow-manufacturing (KanBan) environment.  Several clients have utilized this model when converting their factories from a work order driven scheduling approach to a JIT approach.  In fact, several clients have reported that this process dramatically improved all aspects of their master planning process, resulting in reduced inventories and better delivery performance to customers.
